About Wealth Managers at iCapital:

iCapital is seeking an i ntern to join the Wealth Managers t eam. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Wealth Management industry, specifically focusing on Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). This i ndividual will play a crucial role in supporting the development of new client relationships, maintaining existing connections, and providing valuable assistance to the internal Enterprise Solutions department

In your internship, as part of the Wealth Managers team, some areas of responsibility may include:

1. Client Relationship Development:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with RIAs , aggregators, and independent wealth platforms ; support team as needed, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

2. Technology Solutions Support:

• Actively participate in platform and system demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Contribute to the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accuracy.

3. Collaboration and Business Development:

• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, sales teams, and executives to understand market trends and contribute insights to the development of sales strategies .
• Assist in the identification of business development opportunities.

4. Project Management:

• Contribute to the development and improvement of frameworks and processes for effective team management, fostering a culture of efficiency and collaboration.

The ideal candidate

• Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver
• Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities
• Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor's degree program
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States*

Pay Rate: $35.00/hour + relocation stipend and transportation stipend
