Step into a breakthrough opportunity with a company transforming diagnostic accuracy in hospitals. Our client is revolutionizing how sepsis is diagnosed with patented technology that prevents false-positive blood cultures, offering a new gold standard in care. As a Business Director in the Southeast (TN, AL, MS), you'll play a critical role in shaping access to this game-changing solution across a high-potential region. Backed by strong investor support and rapid growth, this is your chance to join a dynamic commercial team at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

This is more than a sales role—it’s a chance to build something meaningful, drive clinical impact, and lead conversations with key decision-makers. You’ll be empowered to develop strategy, open new markets, and influence hospital system protocols with a product backed by deep clinical evidence and a unique performance guarantee. If you're a passionate closer with strong healthcare relationships and a drive to make a difference, this is your moment.

    What You'll Tackle:

    • Own your territory and exceed revenue targets through strategic new business acquisition

    • Identify key accounts and decision-makers—then drive pilot programs, implementations, and long-term standardization

    • Conduct high-impact clinical and economic value conversations with stakeholders from the ED to the C-suite

    • Partner with channel reps and internal account teams to ensure successful onboarding and continued growth

    • Drive pipeline development and territory forecasting with urgency and accuracy

    • Build strong clinical and business champions to support sustained product adoption

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on market strategy and ensure customer success

    • Manage your territory like a business—including budgeting, reporting, and CRM management

    What’s Needed to Win:

    • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred

    • 5+ years of top-performing sales experience in medical device, diagnostics, or hospital-based solutions

    • Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving complex deals through multi-stakeholder environments

    • Strong communication skills with clinical and executive audiences alike

    • Experience calling on departments like Emergency, Laboratory, Infection Prevention, Supply Chain, and Value Analysis

    • High sense of urgency, self-discipline, and drive to win

    • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the territory (up to 75%)

This is a rare opportunity to join a company that’s changing the game in hospital diagnostics, with the data, leadership, and mission to back it up.
