POSITION SUMMARY
Serve as a specialist for Cash Management and Business Banking products and services, providing support to Business & Government Deposit Services Sales team, Commercial Lenders, branch staff, internal departments and external customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist Cash Management customers and bank personnel via phone and email. Adheres to established Westfield Bank customer service standards.
Identify and refer sales opportunities to the BGDS Sales Officers.
Serves as first line of defense, identifies risk and potential fraud. Attention to detail important.
Assist Bank Security Officer with account compromises.
Identify customer attrition.
Prepares and reviews service agreements for accuracy. Establish selected services per the agreements; including Online Cash Manager, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Transfers, Sweeps and ZBA services.
Assist customers with system setup and training for ACH and Wire Transfer processing, including ongoing customer support.
Set up customers within Positive Pay, provides training and ongoing customer support. Reviews Positive Pay exception decisions daily; submit returns and corrections to Operations and process adjustments as necessary. Downloads Positive Pay Exception and Payee Match reports monthly.
Provides Remote Deposit Capture customers with onsite and remote scanner installation and training, including ongoing customer support.
Responsible for tracking Cash Management services; including activity and limits for audit purposes.
Prepare documents for and establish ICS and CDARS accounts. Processes renewals and transactions. Enrolls IntraFi customers within the IntraFi Depositor Control Panel.
Responsible for the billing and assessment of monthly charges for all Cash Management services.
Reviews and processes all Business Online Banking enrollments daily.
Reviews, processes and sends notifications of NOC and returns for Online Cash Manager ACH originators daily.
Supports Business & Government Deposit Services sales team and Commercial Lending with requests for new opening accounts, maintenance and service charge refunds.
Scans, indexes, and reviews Business & Government Deposit Services Department documents in OnBase.
Communicate with the Bank’s service providers: Core, RDC, and Positive Pay, etc.
Submits monthly Political Campaign account activity reporting to the Office of Campaign and Political Finance.
Provides support with projects for the Business and Government Deposit Services department.
Must complete BSA, AML, and other Regulatory and Continuing Education as assigned.
Must adhere to all bank and regulatory policies and procedures specific to position.
Performs additional duties as requested.
