    Work Visa Lawyers, P.A., is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our legal team in a hybrid work environment. We are looking for a motivated professional to become part of a team recognized for its professional excellence and a compassionate and personalized approach. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of proven experience in immigration law, with a strong focus on investment and business visas, naturalization and claim to citizenship cases. Experience with Federal litigation is a plus but not a requirement. The firm is client-oriented, and attorney must be eager to grow within a collaborative firm culture. Responsibilities: • The position will require USCIS appearances, federal court-quality writing, full case management, and occasionally, EOIR court appearance. • Attorney will represent clients mainly before USCIS, Department of State, and Department of Labor • Attorney will review, prepare, and file employment-based immigration petitions (L-1, H-1B, E-2, O-1, TN, PERM, NIW, EB-1, EB-2) • Review, ,prepare and file family-based immigration case • Draft responses to RFEs, NOIDs, Audits and response to Federal Court motions (mandamus and APA claims) • Advise individual and corporate clients on tailored immigration strategies Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar license to practice in any U.S. state. District court license a plus. • Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration law, investment and business visas required. • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). • Strong legal analysis, writing, and client management skills. • Must be available for occasional in-person client meetings, work at the office is required at least twice a week to review files, meet with clients. Will also be required to attend in person USCIS interviews throughout South Florida. Occasional travel outside Florida might be required. • The ideal candidate must possess the self-awareness to recognize the limits of their knowledge and demonstrate a genuine openness to guidance, mentorship, and continuous learning. Insurance • Health Insurance: 50% employer contribution • Dental & Vision Insurance: 50% employer contribution • 401K Leave and Time Off • Paid Time Off (PTO): • 80 hours per year initially • 120 hours per year after completing 3 years of service • Sick Leave: • 40 hours of paid sick leave annually • 80 hours of non-compensated sick leave annually • Federal Holidays: 9 paid holidays recognized by the federal government • Floating Holidays: 3 paid floating holidays, determined by administration • Relaxed Summer Fridays as authorized by administration • Relaxed schedule between December 23- January Professional Development • Professional Development Assistance: Support provided for qualifying education or • Opportunities for professional growth and development Selection Process: Selected candidates will be required to participate in a paid working interview as part of the evaluation process and also will have to take a personality assessment test. Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 yearly
