    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a seasoned Business Immigration Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, particularly in PERM labor certification and employment-based immigration matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and brings a proven track record of success in handling complex immigration cases from start to finish.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Independently lead and manage business immigration cases with a focus on PERMs.
    • Prepare and file petitions and applications, including H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140, and green card submissions.
    • Conduct in-depth legal research and advise clients on evolving immigration regulations and strategies.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to collect evidence, prepare documentation, and develop case strategy.
    • Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of USCIS, DOL, and other relevant immigration guidelines.

    Required Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in business immigration law.
    • Deep understanding of PERM and employment-based immigration processes.
    • Strong legal writing and analytical skills; ability to produce clear, persuasive legal documents.
    • Excellent communication skills and client-facing professionalism.
    • Admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing.
