Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and related documentation. • Conduct research and gather information for immigration cases. • Communicate with clients to collect necessary information and documentation. • Prepare and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and organization. • Utilize software such as Excel, Camp Legal, and Clio for case management and data analysis. • Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed. Qualifications: • Previous experience in business immigration law, with a strong focus on H-2B visas, PERM labor certifications, NIW visas, and TN visas. • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in software applications, including Excel, Camp Legal, and Clio. Compensation: $6-$9 hourly
