    Our growing immigration law firm is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Business Immigration Paralegal to support a solo immigration attorney in all aspects of legal and administrative practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a small office environment, takes initiative, and is eager to gain additional hands-on experience in business immigration law.

    Please note we require all candidates to have at least one year of business immigration experience prior to applying.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Draft legal documents, client letters, and memoranda
    • Prepare and file USCIS petitions and supporting documents (following training)
    • Maintain organized case files and track deadlines
    • Conduct legal and factual research
    • Assist with client communication and scheduling
    • Draft monthly newsletters and support firm communications
    • Help manage website updates and social media content
    • Perform administrative duties and provide general support for the attorney as needed to keep the practice running smoothly

    Compensation:

    • $28.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
    • Technologically savvy; comfortable using legal software, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
    • Prior law firm experience in business immigration law is required
    • Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate is required

    Work Environment:

    • Small, collaborative office in Class A office building in Tyson's Corner, where you work directly with Managing Attorney
    • Direct mentorship and meaningful legal experience
    • Ideal for individuals interested in becoming an expert paralegal with a focus on business immigration
