Job Description

We are searching for a part-time IT Intern to help our team out up to 12 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in day-to-day support of end users with business software, Windows workstations, printers, VOIP phones and network infrastructure, 
• Installation/configuration/troubleshooting/updating/moving of IT equipment including: workstations & VOIP phones
• Monitor helpdesk, close Level 1 tickets, and escalate as necessary
• Perform workstation audits for unlicensed software, resource bottlenecks, etc and report findings to IT Manager
• Document changes, maintain inventory, upgrade/replace hardware/software systems 
• Assist with training staff on current and new hardware and/or software
• Complete assigned projects
