Job Description
Compensation Range: $75,000 - $85,000
Manage day-to-day human resources practices and processes in the following areas:
Recruitment – 20%
Onboarding/Offboarding – 15%
Payroll – 10%
HRIS – 5%
Employee Relations – 35%
Compliance/Safety – 10%
Employee Engagement/Culture – 5%
