Job Description

Logistics Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities are owning the processing of international and batch upload orders. Must also be able to assist in all areas when needed/directed by the Fulfillment Manager. Below are responsibilities more closely associated with daily requirements of the position.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn the process for creation of bulk shipping labels from BIG’s batch upload process.
• Ability to learn and process international orders and all necessary documentation procedures dependent on destination.
• Ability to fully understand our Shipping Software and process orders accurately through our shipping software.
• Ability to learn, understand and execute all fulfillment processes at BIG including support of kitting as necessary.
• Ability to assist as needed the pick/pack processing of orders in accordance with our high standards for quality assurance ensuring each package gets to our client in a manner befitting a gifted item.
• Ability to learn and process orders accurately through BIG’s operating system platform called Compass.
• Ability to identify where changes/efficiencies can be brought to existing process.
• Ability to use necessary fulfillment equipment and become certified as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe & organized work area.
