    Job Description

    Overview

    BryceTech is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the International Trade Administration’s (ITA) Industry and Analysis (I&A) Office of Analysis and Strategy (OAS). The Analyst will provide technical and operational support for developing and implementing business intelligence tools that improve data collection, analysis, and visualization. This role focuses on strengthening reporting capabilities, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and supporting process automation and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the development and implementation of business intelligence tools and dashboards to improve analytical and reporting capabilities.

    • Collect, manage, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic planning and program management.

    • Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate trends, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

    • Support process improvement and automation efforts to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

    • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of business intelligence outputs.

    • Collaborate with program teams, analysts, and leadership to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

    • Maintain knowledge of emerging business intelligence tools and practices to recommend enhancements.

    • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, business, economics, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform apps (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.

    • Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.

    • U.S. citizenship required.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience working in federal program environments or with government datasets.

    • Familiarity with process automation and continuous improvement practices.

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    • Knowledge of additional data visualization or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
