    Position Overview:

    The City of Phoenix Water Services Department Technology Services Division is seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to deliver innovative, data-driven business solutions. This role focuses on building impactful applications, automating workflows, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Develop and customize applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)

    Design data-driven solutions leveraging Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and relational databases

    Create automated workflows using Power Automate

    Design responsive and user-friendly UI/UX for web and mobile

    Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements

    Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are met

    Required Skills:

    Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

    Strong SQL, SharePoint, and data modeling skills

    Experience working in Agile environments

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    Experience integrating multiple data sources

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

    Microsoft Power Platform certifications

    3–5 years of Power Apps development, integration, and automation experience

    Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics
