What You’ll Do

• Counsel clients on corporate and business matters, including entity formation, governance, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of business contracts and transactional documents.
• Support and lead components of mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients ranging from startups to established corporations.
• Collaborate across practice groups to deliver comprehensive, solutions-oriented legal services.

What We’re Looking For

• ** J.D.** from an accredited law school and active Wisconsin Bar membership (or eligibility by reciprocity).
• ** 3–5 years** of experience in business or corporate law.
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and professionalism.
• A client-focused, relationship-driven approach to practice.
