    Job Description:

    Serve as a key liaison between FAA stakeholders, developers, and program teams supporting REGIS operations.

    Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of system enhancements.

    Coordinate and support Change Requirements Board (CRB) meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and documentation of action items and decisions.

    Track and manage user change requests, system enhancements, and operational improvements.

    Lead and manage testing activities for system changes, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, production validation, and post-deployment verification.

    Provide advanced troubleshooting and functional support for REGIS processes, user issues, and data-related challenges.

    Monitor and coordinate resolution of help desk tickets, ensuring timely support and issue resolution for system users.

    Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, SOPs, configuration guides, and user training materials.

    Support operations and maintenance activities, including system updates, releases, and performance monitoring.

    Maintain program documentation and configuration management artifacts using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

    Collaborate on reporting and data analysis for financial and operational metrics, including development of dashboards or analytics using Tableau or other tools.

    Support security, compliance, and audit activities, including coordination of remediation actions and documentation for governance requirements.

    Maintain program knowledge resources and contribute to a centralized knowledge base for system support activities.

    Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional initiatives to improve program delivery and operational efficiency.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    A bachelor's degree including at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management is required.
