About the Role:
We’re seeking a Midlevel Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of complex business litigation experience to join a top-tier national law firm’s Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage sophisticated matters in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent corporate and individual clients in federal/state court proceedings and ADR

• Manage discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and handle client communication

• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial prep

• Collaborate with senior attorneys across offices on complex litigation strategy

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of business or commercial litigation experience at a law firm

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Strong academic credentials; judicial clerkship experience a plus

• Must be licensed to practice in Washington
