We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney who has experience and knowledge in Real Estate, Business, and Corporate Laws to handle high-stakes litigation in both state and federal courts. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, etc. • Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics and standards • Taking care of the client's case from beginning to end without assistance Qualifications: • Trial Experience • Strong oral and written advocacy skills • Strong communication skills Compensation: $80 - 100 hourly
