We are currently seeking a skilled and high-producing loan processor to work with the loan officers on our team. Responsibilities: • Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval • Order property and loan documentation such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records to help process mortgage loan files • Decide the creditworthiness and complete the mortgage loan application by working with the borrower to obtain necessary and verified financial documentation, such as credit reports • Determine the best loan option for the borrower through interviewing and discussion • Assure that loan files meet banking and regulatory guidelines and policies Qualifications: • Strong analytical and time management skills and superior attention to detail • We prefer an Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business - High school diploma or GED required • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be focused on the details and want to help clients throughout the process Compensation: $40,000
