    Business Management Associates (BMA) is seeking a LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM SUPPORT candidate to assist staff with training development, delivery, management, and administrative support.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Coordinate and support assigned courses and programs from implementation, scheduling and registration to delivery and evaluation. Includes utilization of the agency provided Learning Management System (LMS). Types of courses and programs supported include but are not limited to resident/in-seat, eLearning, and virtual instructor-led (utilizing web conferencing and training software) courses and
    • Support research, identification and utilization of available training programs and providers in support of SECU and SEC program managers and leadership.
    • Using protocols and processes approved by SEC personnel, update SECU content and queries in askHR, ensuring accurate and timely content and responses are available to SEC employees and
    • Support and coordinate SECU Using protocols and processes approved by SEC personnel, marketing and communications initiatives and
    • Working with SEC managers and staff, develop training materials in support of SECU and/or SEC Division/Office programs including job aids, course guides, eLearning content, visual presentations, and other related
    • Conduct and/or facilitate presentations and briefings in support of SECU within area of assignment.
    • Coordinate SECU data management, reporting, tracking and analytics using data available from multiple internal and external sources.
    • Support Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs ensuring all requests and queries are reviewed and completed in accordance with established state, national and SEC processes and protocols.
    • Provide additional administrative and training support as appropriate.

    BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in applying a wide range of methods used to gather, analyze, report and evaluate information concerning large amounts of data.
    • Must have knowledge of management information systems/office automation applications, principles, and practices.
    • Must be able to successfully pass a federal security clearance process.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

    Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred
