    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Care Business Manager to lead our Milwaukee area operations. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with deep knowledge of caregiver recruitment, client relations, and home care operations. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who can drive growth, improve service quality, and foster a compassionate, high-performance team culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    🔹 Operations & Quality:

    Oversee day-to-day operations including caregiver scheduling, client matching, and shift fulfillment

    Ensure compliance with home care regulations and internal quality standards

    Use scheduling and EMR systems (e.g., ClearCare or similar) to manage workflows

    🔹 Hiring & Retention:

    Lead caregiver recruitment through job boards, referrals, schools, and community partnerships

    Build and manage onboarding, orientation, and retention programs

    Maintain caregiver satisfaction and reduce turnover

    🔹 Client Acquisition & Growth:

    Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, social workers, and discharge planners

    Meet with potential clients and families to convert leads into service agreements

    Monitor and report on KPIs including billable hours, revenue, and caregiver churn

    🔹 Community Engagement & Marketing:

    Represent the agency at local events, job fairs, and networking opportunities

    Manage online job postings and basic marketing for caregiver hiring

    Build partnerships with CNA schools, churches, and senior programs

    Requirements:

    Minimum 3 years of management experience in home care, or senior services

    Minimum 3 years of business development experience in home care, or senior services

    Demonstrated success in caregiver hiring and client development

    Strong communication and leadership skills

    Working knowledge of home care compliance, caregiver scheduling, and EMR systems

    Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

    High-energy, outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships and connecting with people

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to engage diverse audiences, from families to healthcare professionals

    Experience in sales, outreach, or business development preferred (especially in healthcare, senior services, or non-profit sectors)

    Preferred:

    Business development experience in home care agency

    CNA or healthcare background

    Familiar with Milwaukee senior care landscape
