Business Development Manager – Relationship Builder Extraordinaire
Are you a driven, outgoing professional who thrives on making connections and growing business through trusted partnerships? We’re looking for our next Business Development Manager — someone who loves meeting new people, strengthening relationships, and turning opportunities into results.
In this dynamic, relationship-driven role, you’ll build and maintain partnerships with key referral sources across multiple industries. Your days will include a mix of outbound calls, on-site visits (15–20 per day), and breakfast or lunch meetings with decision-makers. You’ll represent a respected restoration company known for helping clients recover quickly from unexpected property damage.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade and referral partners (plumbers, HVAC, insurance agents, property managers, HOAs, etc.)
Schedule and host meetings, lunches, and networking events
Track all interactions and opportunities in our CRM system
Use social media to highlight services, events, and community involvement
Attend and represent the company at local events and trade shows

What You’ll Bring:
Valid SC driver’s license
Minimum 2 years of direct sales or business development experience. Experience in the restoration industry is a plus but mandatory.
A self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
Availability for occasional after-hours networking or emergency calls
Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities
