We are looking for an experienced Business Manager from healthcare background and operations to manage operations and further development of medical practices include Indiana Dialysis Company (A Dialysis Clinic) and Kidney and Hypertension Consultants , (A Nephrology Practice). You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future expansion. We plan to expand business in the field of Dialysis.
Candidate will have good knowledge of billing revenue cycle, reimbursement and insurance companies contracting. Experience in field of dialysis will be preferred.
Previous experience in establishment and development of healthcare facility is required. Must be familiar with regulatory requirement to be in compliance with Indiana State Health Board and CMS. Knowledge of Medicare rules regarding Dialysis facilities will be helpful.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops specific goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the clinic. Plans for new and expanded services.
Assesses quality of and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers.
Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management as needed. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
Creates and budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations.
Participates in administrative meetings and committees as requested and provides input as applicable.
Analyze flash report and takes immediate actions on budget variances
Work with CEO to develop and implement annual financial goals
Develops team members through appropriate training, coaching and mentoring to ensure strong operational and financial performance
Ensures consistent and equitable administration of personnel policies, procedures and guidelines to facilitate effective team member relations and performance
Contributes to business plans and pro forma development to assess potential new or expanded services and programs.
Works with the CEO in the development of annual operating and capital budgets
Works with the CEO and Clinical Managers to develop and manage cost effective staffing models.
Analyzes monthly income statements, statistical reports and business metrics to identify variances. Works proactively with the CEO and Clinic Managers to address issues and identify corrective action plans.
Assists the CEO with the procurement of capital equipment that is necessary for the practice.
Evaluates fee, credit and collection metrics with the Billing Agencies to identify issues and implement corrective action plans to optimize revenue cycle management.
Provided input to CEO and clinic managers for pay increases and promotions and assists direct reports, with disciplinary actions as necessary.
Directs the organization’s financial policies.
Oversees all financial functions including accounting, payroll, audit, budget, cash management and human resources.
Review and approve preparation and finalization of monthly and annual financial reporting materials and metrics for the CEO..
Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow for administration, existing programs, and proposed new sites.
Reviews all monthly reports with CEO.
Requirements
Proven experience as business manager/operations in healthcare or relevant role ( Dialysis specifically is an advantage)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
Bachelors or Master in Business Management or relevant field.
