Job Summary At Stratus Building Solutions, the #1 Commercial Cleaning company in the US, your primary goal will be to develop trusted relationships with our Unit Franchise Owners as well as our current and potential Clientele. With extensive training, strong support teams, and continual opportunities for growth, our Franchise Business Consultants develop the skills to coach and develop our Franchisees into successful business owners.

Responsibilities

● Cultivate relationships with both Stratus clientele and franchisees. ● Conduct quality reviews to ensure high service standards. ● Facilitate the startup of services for new customers and cleaners. ● Address and resolve complaints. ● Quote and sell one-time services to existing clients. ● Train new franchisees.

Qualifications

● Preferred, but not required, experience in Cleaning Industry, ● Valid Driver’s License ● HS Diploma or GED ● Follow-through on tasks to completion. ● Desire to 'coach' and build teams. ● Computer literacy, including internet navigation and proficiency in Google Workspace. ● Effective communication abilities with people from various backgrounds. ● Experience in multiunit, multilocation, restaurant service, or franchising is a plus.

Compensation ● Base Salary +/-$40k - $50k ● Uncapped Commission/Bonus +/- $8k - $20k
