Dolan & Associates is growing fast, and we’re hiring an experienced, proactive, customer-focused individual with exceptional project management skills to plan and deliver our top-notch Client Service Program. The Business Office Administrator manages the delivery of a defined set of customer service interactions and touchpoints to our existing clients throughout the year. This is a proactive role – not reactive. You won’t wait for clients to call with questions or service requests. You will plan your time to deliver the Client Service Program on time and with the highest level of client care. The initial pay will be between $21 - $26/hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. • Facilitate client program invitations and registrations, ensuring seamless participation and engagement. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all interactions are documented and accessible. • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
