    Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite

    Position Summary

    Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Parish seeks a Business Office Assistant to assist the Business Manager and office staff with financial and administrative operations for the parish and school. This position plays a vital role in financial processing and reporting, tuition management, and providing administrative support for parish operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process parish contributions and prepare donor acknowledgment letters.
    • Manage tuition billing, FACTS payment plans, and related adjustments.
    • Maintain parishioner, donor, and sacramental records in the database.
    • Manage census updates and assist with new parishioner registrations (as needed).
    • Support annual parish outreach mailings and bulk communications.
    • Provide reports and data to support parish ministries and events.
    • Generate year-end giving statements and assist with financial reporting.
    • Assist with sacramental data entry and related communications.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in data entry.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience with CRM systems or databases a plus (training provided).
    • Practicing Catholic in good standing who embraces the mission and values of the Catholic Church.
