    Location: 16600 Pottsville Pike, Hamburg, PA 19526 (This is NOT a Remote Position) Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 2–3 days per week Position Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow to Full-Time) Compensation: Hourly rate – Commensurate with experience

    Position Summary

    KRE Security, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Finance and Administration departments. This position plays a key role in maintaining organized employee and business records, supporting onboarding documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable managing confidential information.

    Key Responsibilities

    Employee Records & Onboarding

    Collect and record employee documentation such as applications, certifications, and acknowledgments

    Maintain accurate personnel files for all employees (digital and paper)

    Update HR tracking tools and assist with onboarding requirements

    Track uniform and equipment sign-outs, replacements, and returns

    Upload employee records to Belfry and verify data accuracy with personnel files and eNav

    Coordinate with Scheduling and HR staff to ensure all required documentation is completed and filed

    Administrative Operations

    Provide in-office administrative support to both Finance and Administration teams

    Collect, scan, and distribute incoming mail and maintain organized filing systems

    Perform data entry, document preparation, and recordkeeping tasks

    Assist with general office projects and maintain professional communication across departments

    Cross-Departmental Coordination

    Collaborate with the Finance Department on employee record verification and uniform/deduction tracking

    Ensure compliance with company policy and confidentiality standards

    Provide regular updates to department leadership on administrative progress

    Work Schedule & Expectations

    Approximately 20–25 hours per week, based on department needs

    In-office role only (remote work not permitted)

    Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all tasks

    Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

    Qualifications

    3–5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar role

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and digital recordkeeping systems (e.g., Belfry, eNav)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Experience in HR or onboarding support preferred

    Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments
