Providence Holy Cross Surgery Center at Mission Hills is a fast-paced, multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.
What You will Do (Job Summary):
The Business Office Clerk, is a Full time role, responsible for covering any aspect of the business office necessary. Many duties includes scheduling, insurance verification, financial counseling, patient calls and chart building.
Must be able to work flexible hours. Some early mornings may be required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00/hourly, depending on experience

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2+ years of hospital or medical office experience required.
-Bilingual in Spanish required
- Computer savvy required
- Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way.
- Ability to use time wisely in preparing work area to meet high-paced demand.
- Show a genuine desire to work and improve the hospital as a whole.
- Extreme multi- tasker
- Strong medical terminology.
- Must demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills.
