Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the business office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.

Manage billing, coding, and insurance claims processes to maximize revenue cycle performance.

Supervise and train administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team atmosphere.

Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to enhance patient satisfaction and care.

Analyze financial reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment.

Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all office practices.

Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting to support organizational goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or office management.

Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficient in healthcare software Mednet and MS Office Suite .

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
