    Collision Repair Center We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee accounting, payroll, and human resources functions for a growing collision repair center. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and consistent people processes while supporting leadership with operational and financial insight. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, and payroll support • Prepare weekly and monthly financial and KPI reports • Close repair orders and support operational reporting • Coordinate hiring, onboarding, benefits, and HR administration • Maintain accounting, payroll, and shop management systems • Support audits, compliance, and internal controls • Provide limited front office support as needed Qualifications: • 3-5+ years of experience in accounting, office management, or HR • QuickBooks and payroll system experience required • Automotive or collision repair experience preferred • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality This is a key leadership role offering visibility into both financial performance and team operations. Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
