About the Role:
Join M&F Auto Sales as a Business Office Title Clerk, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth vehicle title processing and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for vehicle transactions.
Assist customers with title and registration inquiries in a friendly manner.
Coordinate with state agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Manage and organize title files and records for easy retrieval.
Support the sales team with title-related questions and issues.
Handle cash and payment processing for title transactions.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all title documents.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in automotive title processing or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of state title and registration laws and processes.
