    • Conduct data analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
    • Support process documentation, workflow mapping, and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support forecasting, planning, audits, and compliance.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in business operations or analytics.
    • Strong Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools.
    • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
    • Preferred: Power BI/Tableau experience, Lean/Six Sigma exposure, financial or project support.
