    BUILD YOUR CAREER WITH US

    As the Business Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the Critical Facilities team—fueling business development, supporting internal operations, and coordinating key initiatives across marketing, recruiting, tools, and events. This is a highly collaborative role that ensures the seamless execution of our brand, communication, and operational programs. You will also have the opportunity to drive:

    Sales & Business Development Support

    • Assist Account Executives in preparing and organizing RFP responses
    • Provide estimating and sales support for business pursuits
    • Maintain and update CRM records and sales documentation
    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of presentation and proposal templates
    • Manage and update project team resumes for proposals

    Marketing & Brand Promotion

    • Coordinate marketing efforts such as LinkedIn posts, newsletter, calendar, and customer communications
    • Support event sponsorships, branded merchandise procurement and inventory tracking
    • Plan and coordinate customer appreciation touchpoints and deliverables

    Event Coordination

    • Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including customer appreciation, internal appreciation, recruiting fairs, and quarterly town hall meetings
    • Organize logistics and materials for industry conferences or networking events
    • Internal Programs & Administrative Support
    • Help maintain and update internal tools including SharePoint, org charts, and personnel boards
    • Promote usage and provide reporting for internal platforms such as the Recognition Program and Learning Management System
    • Coordinate and participate in Critical Facilities culture initiatives and employee engagement activities
    • Provide support and reporting for various administrative and project booking tasks and processes
    • Collaborate on national/global ATS initiatives as needed

    BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCES THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or operations coordination preferred

    JOB DETAILS YOU SHOULD KNOW

    • Full-time, exempt position.
    • In-Office position (Renton, WA)
    • Base salary ranges from $60,000-80,000 based on experience and tenure
    • Typical work hours: 8 hours a day anytime between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
    • Periodic travel to locations in North America
