    Objective:

    Drive the efficient operations of the business. Work with Field Team, Sales Team, and Owner to develop and execute efficient Technical, Sales, and Business Operations systems.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Business Operations

    Inventory Management

    Purchasing Supplies & Materials (Amazon, Home Depot, SE Orders, etc)

    Invoice Preparation & Submission (Contacts, Work Description, Before/After Photos)

    Accounts Receivable Support

    Customer Contact Information Database Management (Vonigo & Quo)

    Repair Photo Database Management (CompanyCam)

    Large Project & Warranty Partner Support (ABG, Kohler, New Construction, etc)

    Business Compliance Management

    Vehicle Info & Maintenance Management

    Assist in Develop & Document SOPs

    Scheduling

    Collaborate with Sales, Techs, & SC to manage and optimize Repair Technicians schedules

    Communicate with customers to plan and confirm repair date/time

    Weekly Schedule Development & Distribution

    Business Development (Account Management Support)

    Assist w/ Creating & Sending Quotes

    Customer Follow-up & Misc Communication

    Occasional Outside Sales (Scheduled Walk-thrus & Meetings)

    Identify, implement, and document solutions to improve business methods and processes

    Prioritize customer relationships and customer service

    Required Qualifications:

    Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic

    Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record

    Professional, caring, and service-minded

    Readiness to becomea meaninful part of a strong team and growing business

    Preferred Skills:

    Tech-Fluent - Comfortable with QuickBooks, CRM Tools, Mobile Apps (CompanyCam, Quo, etc), Microsoft Office

    Local & Reliable - Live within commuting distance to Office, and want a role that respects your need for flexible schedule while offering professional responsibility.

    Systems & Detail Oriented - Not just following a process, but seeing ways to improve operations, and implementing them
