  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to join our headquarters team at a leading real estate brokerage with extensive operations across North and South Carolina. This is a full-time, in-person role (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) that plays a key part in keeping our business running smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position is based at our Charlotte headquarters with occasional travel (approximately 10-15%) to our office locations across North and South Carolina. Responsibilities: • Oversee and support day-to-day operations across the organization • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with technology contractors • Assist local administrative staff with site management and operational needs • Provide support with staff coverage and training when needed • Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and workspace needs • Manage internal communications between departments and leadership • Maintain company records, databases, and reporting systems • Provide administrative support to leadership as needed • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (preferred) • 2+ years of experience in business operations, administration, or project coordination • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Compensation: $45,000
