We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Operations who excels in fast-paced startup environments. Suppose you’ve helped scale VC-backed companies and love building structure in the chaos. In that case, this is your opportunity to lead core functions—Finance, People, Recruiting, Systems, and Business Ops—at a company on a rocketship trajectory.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and scale day-to-day operations, including finance, systems, HR, and recruiting.

• Design and implement scalable systems and processes to fuel growth and efficiency.

• Drive hiring—own full-cycle recruitment and build a high-performing, mission-aligned team.

• Establish operational excellence by setting standards, managing performance, and ensuring accountability across the company.

• Partner directly with the founders on company strategy, investor reporting, internal reviews, and execution planning.
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience—preferably in high-growth, VC-funded environments.

• Proven success designing and scaling internal systems that run reliably and autonomously.

• High-velocity mindset: You move fast, unblock problems quickly, and bias toward execution.

• Fluent in QuickBooks and confident with financial statements, budgets, and forecasting.

• Process optimizer: You see inefficiency and instinctively fix it—ideally through automation.

• Detail-obsessed, hyper-organized, and able to juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communicator with a high bar for team quality and performance.

• Willing and excited to put in startup-level hours (50+/week)—you want to build something meaningful.
