Position Overview
The Business Operations Lead for Sales Operations & Enablement will play a critical role in ensuring the organization operates with clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution. This role anchors the business planning and operational rhythms of the Sales Ops & Enablement team-driving budget and workforce planning, operational governance, prioritization frameworks, organizational effectiveness, and performance tracking.
You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and leaders across Sales Operations & Enablement to create structure, establish operating mechanisms, and ensure the organization remains focused on the highest-impact priorities. You will help define goals, measure outcomes, and enable the team to execute with consistency and scale.
This position is ideal for someone who is energized by strategic operational work, cross-functional coordination, and building systems that help an organization run effectively at scale.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $135,400 -- $264,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $182,900 - $264,800 In New York, the pay range for this position is $182,900 - $264,800
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
