Intrepid Global Solutions (Intrepid) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our National Security, Engineering, and Technology Solutions (NSETS) business unit. This position will serve as a key member of the National Security leadership team and assist with current operations and help growth the Intelligence Community (IC) portfolio.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Operations

* Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
* SCIF expansion
* Classified proposal system
* Staffing Support: Assist with building candidate pipeline for future new hires in the following skill areas: System Engineering, Cyber, Cloud, Data, Application Development, and Networks.

Growth Initiatives

* Assist with proposal development
* Assist with responding to RFIs and Market Surveys
* Assist with establishment of industry relationships
* Assist with building and cultivating customer relationships

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Customer IC domain experience and knowledge of McLean-based IC customer programs
• Experience working in IC-based Mission IT and/or Engineering & Integration scope programs
• Established relationships with Industry partners supporting the IC

DESIRED QUALIFICATION:

• PMP certification

CLEARANCE : Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly
