    Description / Position Overview

    The company is growing and needs a strong operator to take ownership of day-to-day operations and help build the structure required for continued growth.

    This role will work directly with the CEO and become a key operational leader responsible for execution, accountability, client experience, and process improvement across the business.

    The right person has successfully improved operations inside a client-service environment, built systems that increased efficiency, strengthened client relationships, and reduced the amount of day-to-day involvement required from ownership.

    This is an opportunity for someone who wants significant ownership today and the potential to grow into a larger leadership role as the company continues to scale.

    What You'll Own

    • Own day-to-day business operations and execution across teams

    • Drive accountability, follow-through, and operational consistency

    • Improve client experience by ensuring responsiveness, communication, and delivery standards remain high

    • Build, document, and improve processes, SOPs, and workflows

    • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions

    • Create visibility around priorities, deadlines, and team performance

    • Work directly with the CEO to execute company initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness

    • Ensure projects and client deliverables move forward efficiently and on schedule

    • Help build the operational foundation required for future growth

    Must-Haves

    • Operations leadership experience in a client-service business

    • Proven experience improving client experience, client satisfaction, or service delivery

    • Experience building, documenting, and improving operational processes

    • Strong client relationship and communication skills

    • Experience managing people, priorities, and competing deadlines

    • Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency and execution

    • High ownership mentality with strong follow-through

    • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
