Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a Business Operations Program Manager (SME) to provide advisory & assistance services (A&AS) to support a major defense program, focusing on Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition life cycle planning and Space Force systems. This role involves support across the programs business operations including capturing deliverables; tracking cost, schedule, and performance; and reporting contract statuses through defined metrics and progress reports. The ideal candidate will have experience with DoD acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), contract lifecycle management, and working within U.S. Space Force programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitor acquisition contracts, collecting deliverables, monthly reports, and data from periodic reviews
Maintain program office record of contract statuses including tracking within Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR)
Capture, analyze, and report metrics and summary reports clearly communicating project status
Provide data to support finance, acquisition, and contracting experts
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
REQUIRED Experience Requirements:
At least 10 years providing relevant services to DoD office
Demonstrated ability to track and clearly communicate program and project status
Demonstrated ability to develop, refine, and maintain program data records
Demonstrated ability to coordinate between Government organizations and summarize information for presentations
Experience working with Space Systems Command (SSC) or other Space Force organizations
