Required Skills

A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:

·Overseeing medium to large scale projects comprised of sub-projects and distinct deliverables

·Managing web or client/server systems projects and using project management tools.

·Focal point of contact for Issuing Entity regarding project status, meetings, reporting requirements, scope changes, and issues and concerns raised by consultant staff or Issuing Entity

·Project Management Methodology, Business Management, Team Management Experience Project Management Methodology Curriculum preferred

·Working with Government (Federal, State, City) Social Service agencies in complex IT environments

·Documenting business requirements and developing logical database models

·Creating lead cases executing tests and recording results for web or client server applications
