  • Responsibilities

    A successful Montgomery business is seeking a self-motivated administrative associate who can work unsupervised. This is a remote opportunity. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Direct phone and email contact with existing and potential clients with a goal of encouraging utilization of the company solution.
      Verify information in the database
      Assist in updating reports
      Data Entry for special projects
    • Contribute directly to increasing sales and/or shortening the sales cycle.
    • Dedicated to daily and appropriate documentation of activity in the database.
    • Work closely with regional representatives to gain knowledge of the regions in addition to conducting online market and sales research.
    • Prepare audit information as needed.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma / College Degree in a business field would be preferred
    • 2-years of administrative experience as a minimum must be reflected on your resume
    • Excellent MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency is required. You will be required to complete skill-testing to be determined eligible.
    • Strong and accurate Data Entry skills are required. You will be tested.
    • You MUST have a dedicated office space with no distractions.
