The Opportunity
We are hiring a Business Operations & Project Coordinator to support daily operations, provide scheduling and parts backup coverage, and lead internal improvement projects.
This is not a purely administrative role. You will be exposed to how a real service business runs — financially, operationally, and strategically.

Support weekly operational reporting
Help review job margins and operational trends
Build basic Excel-based dashboards

0–2 years of professional experience
Strong Excel skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced, blue-collar service environment
Willing to learn and take ownership
Calm under pressure
This is an in-person role due to daily collaboration with scheduling, parts, and technicians.
