    Job Description

    Join our Talent Acquisition team, to help us deliver our growth plans for 2025 and beyond. Work collaboratively with our hiring leads to provide recruitment support for our operational and professional job vacancies.

    • Maintain a pipeline of mining applicants as we ramp-up gold production in 2025.
    • Partner with supervisors to identify internal and external candidates for experienced operational & professional mining vacancies.
    • Proactively source candidates through networking, LinkedIn, and Facebook Campaigns.
    • Talent Community management
    • Lead talent pathways and partnerships.
    • Uplift employer branding
    • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for operational and professional vacancies, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams.
    • Deliver a high-quality onboarding process to all successful applicants, working closely with the wider People & Culture team.
    • Identify opportunities for the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Relevant degree or equivalent level of education preferred but not required.
    • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
    • A valid driving license.

    Physical Requirements:

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear, and see.
    • Must be able to climb 25’ vertical ladder sections unaided.
    • Occasionally lifting moderately heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) may be required during the workday.
    • Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine environment, including a hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.
