Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team! As a Business Process Analyst, you will be looking closely at the company's business practices and processes, working closely with many departments and employees to best understand what is being done, how it is being done, and why it is done that way. Once you have a deep understanding of the business and how it works, you will be making recommendations for improvements that could be made in order to increase efficiency and production, improve business flow, and overall make a better work environment. The ideal candidate has previous business process experience, a strong understanding of emerging business practices and applications, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Gain deep knowledge and understanding of current business practices by working with team members and managers
Make recommendations on changes and improvements that can increase efficiency and productivity
Suggest new applications or technologies that should be implemented to improve the company's efficiency
Create and present reports on changes, projected outcomes, and successes
Assist teams and management with new processes and training programs
Qualifications
Previous experience with business process analysis or improving workplace efficiency desired
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
