Job Details:

13-week travel contract

Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:30)

Estimated weekly gross pay= $2,400 (w/ travel stipend included)

Skills Required: Home Health, Discharge, Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Medicare Documentation, Home Health Documentation, Family Education, Telephone Calls, CVA, Bedside Swallow Evaluation, Thickening Agents, Compensatory Techniques.

Skills Preferred: Acute Care, Transfer Training, Multiple Sclerosis, Adaptive Equipment Experience, TBI, Degenerative Diseases, Anoxia, Laryngectomy, Tracheotomy, Hearing Impairments.

Certs & Experience:

Maryland License

BLS

ASHA

OASIS E experience

Must have Medicare-certified home health agency experience

1 year of Home Care experience, especially with Adult and Geriatric population

Unit Info:

Patient Diagnoses: wound, CHF, diabetes, HTN, Cancer, infection, joint replacement, etc.

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Drain removal, urinary catheter placement, vac placement, infusion/pump teaching, mediport access, etc.

Port access experience preferred

Wound vac exp preferred

Special Equipment: Wound Vac
