BPN Staffing Solutions is seeking Stepdown RN, for a 13 week contract.

The Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) delivers patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment, identifying and determining the priority of patient’s problems/needs, and evaluating the process and outcome of nursing care, all in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. The RN coordinates, provides, and directs patient teaching activities and coordinates the care provided by health team members.

Start Date: ASAP or As Soon as Cleared

Shift: Night available, 3x12-hour shift, Rotating weekends (varies depending on location)

Required Experience:

Cardiac Medical Stepdown Unit Skill Sets: Cardiac drips and titrations, bipap, insulin drips, cardiac rhythm Equipment: Alaris pumps, Hoyer lift, Bipap, sara stedy, PCA, glucostabalizer, bedside cardiac monitor Patient Population: SD, cardiac, surgical, renal, End stage respiratory, continuous bipap Every other weekend/major holiday requirement. navy/white scrub colors
