Business Relationship Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership and Communication.
Technology and Business Roadmap Alignment.
IT Solution Delivery and Innovation.
Business Analysis and Project Management.
Strategic Planning and Value Realization.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting.
Risk Management and Compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or ITIL certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT business relationship management, business analysis, or IT project management, ideally within the public transportation industry.
Proven experience in developing and aligning technology roadmaps with business strategies.
Strong knowledge of transportation systems, including fare collection, GPS tracking, asset management, and passenger information systems.
