    Position Overview:

    The Conservation and Environment Delivery Center (CEDC) is seeking a Business Requirements Coordinator (PJM4) to support the Commonwealth’s software procurement approval and renewal process.

    This role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating approvals across legal/security/administrative teams, managing over 100 active software renewals, and reducing approval backlog. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.

    This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work every Monday and Tuesday at the Rachel Carson State Office Building (400 Market St, Harrisburg, PA).

    Key Responsibilities:

    Gather and document business requirements from agency customers.

    Submit documentation to security, legal, and administrative approvers.

    Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely approvals.

    Review and interpret contract agreements and business documents.

    Collaborate with vendors and communicate Commonwealth requirements.

    Research existing solutions within the Commonwealth.

    Track and manage 100+ active software renewals.

    Manage backlog of approval requests.

    Serve as SME and primary point of contact for agencies and delivery center staff.

    Provide guidance on approval processes and policies.

    Required Experience:

    2+ years project management, program management, or process administration.

    3+ years customer-facing experience.

    1+ year vendor management experience.

    2+ years business requirements gathering & documentation.

    2+ years stakeholder communication & coordination.

    1+ year backlog tracking/workflow management.

    Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    Desired Experience:

    Contract review & interpretation (1+ year).

    Research & solution identification experience.

    Important Requirements:

    Must work onsite Mondays & Tuesdays (Harrisburg, PA).

    37.5-hour work week (no overtime without prior approval).

    Must present valid state/federal photo ID during interview.

    Interview via Microsoft Teams.
