    We are seeking a driven entry level Business Sales Representative to join our T-Mobile Business Sales Team. This role is focused on prospecting, meeting with business owners in person, and closing new accounts for wireless and internet solutions.

    This is an entry-level, field-based sales position with full training provided. If you’re competitive, motivated, and ready to build a career in B2B sales , this is your opportunity to earn based on performance and grow quickly.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect and meet with small to medium-sized business owners in person

    • Present and sell T-Mobile for Business solutions, including:

      • Wireless business plans

      • Business internet and fiber solutions

      • Smartphones (Apple & Android) and tablets

    • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions

    • Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals

    • Close new accounts and expand existing business relationships

    • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

    • Track activity, pipeline, and sales in CRM systems

    • Represent the brand professionally in the local business community

    Qualifications

    • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

    • Some sales, customer service, or face-to-face experience preferred

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

    • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field

    • Reliable transportation required

    Compensation & Benefits
