Business Sales Representative
Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and personable Business Sales representative to join our team! In this role, you'll help connect businesses with high-quality workforce solutions by building relationships, identifying client needs, and offering tailored staffing services.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both inside and outside sales whether You're making calls, meeting clients face-to-face, or networking in the community. If you're driven, goal-oriented, and enjoy helping businesses grow, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Build new business by reaching out to prospective clients through calls, networking, and referrals
- Make at least 30 daily outreach calls and track activity in our Breezy CRM system
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Re-engage inactive clients and uncover new opportunities
- Schedule and attend client meetings to present our staffing solutions
- Learn about each client's workforce needs and recommend the best solutions
- Manage client accounts, including quotes, contacts and on going support
- Stay connected with clients through regular follow-ups, calls and site visits
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities
- Support recruiting efforts when needed to ensure successful placements
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Follow all applicable employment laws and company policies
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or staffing (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Confidence in both phone-based and in-person sales interactions
- A professional and positive attitude
- Basic proficiency Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Education & Experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience is a plus especially in staffing or B2B sales.
Requirements
- Valid
- driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Physical & Work Environment
- Combination of office work and travel to client locations
- Occasional lifting ( up to 20 lbs. )
- Regular use of a computer and Phone
