Job Description
We are seeking motivated Virtual Sales Representatives to join TaskBlink, the company innovating the future of B2B cold outreach. This role involves attending pre-set virtual appointments with interested prospects and decision-makers, ensuring our services are a fit, and closing sales with new clients for monthly marketing subscriptions.
This is a flexible role — you may work part-time or full-time, and set your own hours.
About TaskBlink
TaskBlink provides Email and SMS marketing by analyzing business websites to send personalized outreach campaigns to highly targeted audiences on behalf of nationwide online B2B service companies.
We are new and rapidly growing, achieving $400K ARR within our first 6 months by using the same system we now offer our clients.
What You’ll Do
Attend 5–8 qualified, 30-minute virtual appointments per day
Engage decision-makers using a consultative sales approach
Ask qualifying questions to confirm service fit and uncover needs
Provide clear, informative presentations of our solutions
Close sales with an average conversion rate of 38%
Follow up as needed to secure agreements and finalize sales
Compensation
Average sale: $500
Commission: 25% of revenue
Typical reps close 1–3 sales per day (avg. 2/day)
Expected starting weekly earnings: $1,250+ (10 sales in a 5-day week)
Uncapped earning potential
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience (marketing, advertising, or similar is a plus)
Comfortable with virtual appointments and consultative sales
Computer with reliable internet connection and clutter-free space
Interest in email, SMS marketing, or AI is a plus
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed
